Greetings!
First, I'll begin with my regrets - I know many of you are geographically dispersed so you depend on this site for updates and information. As you can imagine, we’ve been a bit busy.
We came home on Saturday around 1:00 in the afternoon. Since that time, we’ve been busy changing diapers, feeding (Caleb has a serious appetite), playing with Aiden, cleaning up spit up and trying to get any rest possible. I’m sure many of you cannot believe that I would be involved in any of those activities, but I can assure you, I’m a pretty good swaddler/burper/diaper changer. I am NOT, however, very proficient in nursing. That is definitely Mindy’s department. :-)
Aiden really loves baby Caleb. He loves to hold him and wants to know what he’s doing at all times. In fact, sometimes we have to distract him with toys and other activities just so he gives Caleb some space. But we’d definitely rather have that “problem” (if you can even call it that) than on the other extreme. He’s mostly got his name down, although it comes out as “Baby Kay-buh”. Very funny.
I promise I will attempt to get Mindy behind the keyboard at some point so you can hear from her as well. However, she’s gotten a bad case of the migraine headaches, so her time is a bit limited. (I know, I know, how can some insignificant little headaches keep her from posting? Not like she has anything else to do.)
Ok – I’m going to sign off so I can attempt to get some updated pics posted. Hope you enjoy!
Edit - pics will come a little later. Gotta get them off the camera.

Blah, blah, blah...get those pictures posted!!!! Ha...just kidding. Good to hear an update. Probably a good thing you're not proficient at nursing...we'd definitely have to worry about you then. Tell Mindy we're thinking about her and hope she feels better soon. Cohen has been begging to come over, but I told him he has to wait until tomorrow. He's really excited about playing with his new friend.
I love the blog and am so looking forward to future pictures. Just think, two down and two to go. ( Or maybe 4 as we now have two foster boys living with us now.)
We are so happy for the four of you, God Bless and have a great holiday.....T and troops
