So, I promised pictures the next day. How about a month later? Here's the gab...
Our new house
the AWESOME tree house every guy loves
Daddy will fix it this summer.
My little boy C turned 2 on December 13, 2009. We celebrated with a Train theme and good friends. I planned for everyone to play on our new playset, but the winter weather has been a little tricky around North Texas. This year was colder earlier, so we played with toys and trains inside. A marvelous time was had by all!

Choo-choo! C is turning 2!
excited about the train cake
We have been blessed to have many and significant (one was 1 foot and 1/2 in) winter snows this year. I do believe that my kids have seen more snow this year than I may have when I was growing up. Yeah for snow!!
January through March has also had us busy helping to launch the new LTC program at our church. We are very passionate about this and our kids at church are working very hard. Students have committed themselves to painting christian art, service projects, daily Bible reading and studying for Bible Quiz. We are so proud of them and know they will all do great at the LTC conference Easter weekend. Hopefully, the program will grow a little bigger next year, but if not, we pray that God was glorified through His word and service.
Now for March....
We are loving Spring Break!! This year the boys are attending preschool for the first time and I am working there to be with them. It is a family affair to give A this experience before Kindergarten next year. I must say, A went into preschool knowing all of the basic things, has learned some along the way academic wise, but has really grown up socially speaking as well, not that he has EVER had a problem here. After meeting you for a couple of minutes, you are his new friend!! I LOVE this about him!!
Needless to say, we were all ready for a break and headed south to Houston for a visit with my parents. We love going down there. For me, it is tons of fun taking my boys to places that I grew up frequenting, meeting people I grew up around and treating them to Houston life. Though my parents have moved out of the house I grew up in, it still feels like going home.
